FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - PRESCRIPTIONS
Provides assistance to low-income, uninsured adults with chronic illnesses in applying to pharmaceutical companies' patient assistance programs. Through participation in a patient assistance program, individuals can obtain their chronic medications either free or at a greatly reduced cost from the drug manufacturer.
